In 2022 I got a wildlife orientated 200 - 600mm lens and so I've been learning a new style of photography ever since. There have been a lot (!) of failures, but thankfully there have been one or two successes.....thank goodness for digital photography! 

 

Birds are the most abundant wildlife subjects to photograph, either in the back garden or further afield. Most of the time I have no idea what I'm photographing until I get home and research it.....though I'm slowly getting better 😊 Just for clarification, I've based which section a bird is in based on where I took the photo, rather than on any official classification!

I'm slowly working my through the mammals we have here in Scotland as well and catching the odd insect too!😊!
